Kitting Associate

• High school diploma or GED and up to one (1) year of related experience required.
• Secret Level Security Clearance
• Fundamental level of proficiency and understanding of organization policies and practices
• Fundamental level of proficiency to do entry level work
• Analytical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience providing DoD inventory/warehouse/logistics support
• CMPro experience

• Picking and kitting items as required
• Inspecting kitted items for accuracy
• Communicating the level of completed and status updates to Logistics Team Lead
• Unloading and unpacking shipments
• Performing inventory audits
• Maintaining packing materials and informing the Logistics Team Lead when more materials need to be ordered
