Requirements

  • Minimum two years of work-related experience
  • Administrative project support experience
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience managing shared calendars and coordinating/tracking team tasking and due dates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience writing reports and presenting briefings to communicate, status, concerns, and risks to senior leadership and external customers
  • Experience with tracking financials and project hours
  • TS/SCI clearance or ability and willingness to obtain

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling tool
  • Experience with financial forecasting and reporting to include tracking project hours, level of effort, earned value management and/or similar methodology that integrates or tracks schedule, cost and scope for overall project performance

Description

  • Supporting all financial reporting within the program guidelines set by the Project Manager and contract requirements
  • Serving as primary contact for day-to-day coordination and administrative duties
  • Developing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to include Weekly Action Report, Monthly Status Reports, Task Order Status Reports, Staffing Plan Reports and other financial contractual deliverables
  • Assisting Project Manager with the development and maintenance of project spend plans, monitoring for accuracy and notifying PM of any discrepancies
  • Monitoring bi-monthly Timesheet Guidance in accordance with spend plans and updating financial reports
  • Assisting with management of financial workbooks, budget files, charge codes assignments and team bi-monthly labor matrix
  • Administratively supporting project travel to include reviewing Travel Authorizations in accordance with GSA regulations/policies and reviewing expense reports for accuracy prior to PM approval
  • Coordinates and facilitates program/project meetings, reviews, and working groups as requested
  • Developing presentations, preparing agendas, and recording minutes for both internal and external briefs, working groups, meetings, etc.
