Description

  • Conducting new equipment training, unit training, and classroom instructions ensuring operators, maintainers, and system administrators understand how to use and support military systems and equipment to maximize operational capability and minimize system downtime
  • Providing subject matter expertise in support of USMC Intelligence Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence
  • Collaborating with cybersecurity, integration, and test teams to ensure seamless coordination across program functional areas, while demonstrating strong working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and system integration practices
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues impacting systems, addressing both hardware and software components to maintain operational effectiveness and system reliability

Requirements

  • Ten years of hands-on experience with USMC Intelligence Projects and Systems
  • Active Secret clearance
    • Need to be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Demonstrated experience providing training related to USMC Intelligence Operations in a classroom and field environment
  • Direct experience in:
    • Networking experience (Network+)
    • Cisco routers
    • Military encryption/decryption devices
    • RHEL
    • Tactical communication and/or I.P. based radios
    • Photography fundamentals
  • Demonstrates ability to provide specialized knowledge and skill of the operation, technical processes, and maintenance requirements for intelligence systems
  • Demonstrates ability to provide over-the-shoulder system operations support to primary system operators
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills by planning, facilitating, and leading meetings with key program stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely decision-making

Desired Skills

  • Working knowledge of Marine Expeditionary Force Command Element Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices
  • Analytical, computer, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Provides excellence in both oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders and clearly convey technical and non-technical information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support documentation, analysis, and reporting requirements
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to take initiative and operate independently in environments with limited guidance or feedback while maintaining productivity and accountability
  • Ability to become rapidly proficient in new tools, technologies, and system capabilities

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
