Description

  • Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules to track cost, schedule, and performance on multiple projects
  • Conducting risk analysis and reporting, issue analysis, identification, and escalation for large-scale DoD projects
  • Conducting requirements analysis to decompose project requirements to operational levels
  • Drafting financial reports, work statements, and cost estimates for multiple projects and various contract structures
  • Assuming responsibility for the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer
  • Serving as primary customer contact for specific efforts to assure responsiveness to customer needs and effective professional conduct
  • Mentoring and coaching assigned personnel to enhance performance and encourage professional development; hires, fires, disciplines, and documenting performance
  • Developing new customer contacts and/or maintain positive current customer relations that lead to new business opportunities for the team
  • Supporting of RFP/Business Development efforts for obtaining new work
  • Supporting training/curriculum development efforts for DoD systems
  • Performing Agile methodology support to include scrum efforts, metrics reporting, and cross-functional Agile teams collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of experience
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience in DoD Project Management and Business Development methodologies
  • Previous work experience in Microsoft Project and/or Jira Big Picture building and maintaining project schedules
  • Financial management of DoD contracts, including CPFF and FFP contract structures
  • Two or more years of risk management experience
  • Experience supporting technical teams, including software development, mobile training teams, and engineers to achieve project deliverables

Desired Skills

  • Master's degree with five or more years of experience
  • Agile (SAFe preferred) project management experience and/or certifications
  • Five or more years of professional leadership experience

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
