Description

  • Complying with contract requirements and takes action as necessary to correct deficiencies
  • Preparing or approving required reports to ensure compliance with contract requirements of the sites
  • Ensuring O&M is performed IAW operations schedule, PM schedule, WIs, and manufacturer’s manuals
  • Providing technical guidance to lower-level technicians
  • Providing contractor technical and administrative management including liaison with government personnel
  • Ensuring all personnel are assigned to tasks for which they are qualified
  • Identifying training requirements and monitoring training accomplishments
  • Establishing and providing oversight of site security, facility services, major/emergency repairs, corrosion control, range scheduling, equipment status reporting, and transportation and supply to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Supporting special tests, evaluations, equipment relocations, and new equipment installations as required
  • Coordinating integration efforts with associate contractors
  • Ensuring employee conduct is maintained in a proper and professional manner at all times and adhering to applicable government regulations and standards
  • Assisting in resolving personnel problems and situations within site activities
  • Providing training assistance through on-the-job (OJT) training as required
  • Supporting deployments as required
  • Supporting engineering efforts as required
  • Ensuring all equipment changes are accurately documented in a Change Request in the CCMS and approved prior to performing work or ordering parts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering technology, electrical engineering, computer science or other Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) degree
  • Military training in the fields mentioned above or vocational school with formal training in the field of electronic equipment maintenance and repair may be considered as substitution of degree requirements
  • Possess five years of technical and operational experience with complex electronic systems in four or more of the following areas:
    • Radar and radar theory, digital/analog signal processing, antenna systems, electro-mechanical devices, communications (multiplexer equipment), digital/analog computer systems, DC power supplies, test equipment, optical equipment, RF signal processing, low voltage AC equipment, primary and secondary power equipment, auto-transfer (UPS) equipment, or portable AC generators
  • Possess five years of technical experience in High Frequency (HF) Automatic Link Establishment (ALE), Very High Frequency (VHF) & Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Signal Transmission and Data Processing, Global System for Mobile (GSM) Communications, and FURY range systems
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license
  • Must maintain current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Must Maintain Cyber Security Workforce credentialing and requisite certifications such as CompTIA A+/Net+/Sec+
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must possess a Secret clearance
