Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $57,950.00/Yr. - USD $96,550.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description

The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules in support of JFHQ J9's initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to support project success.

  • Developing and maintaining a Command Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for approximately 15 projects
  • Utilizing JIRA and internal DCDC tools to obtain requirements and status of programs/projects for integration into the Command IMS
  • Coordinating with multiple program offices for cost and schedule updates to the Command IMS
  • Conducting variance and critical path analysis on the Command IMS to identify potential schedule risks and opportunities
  • Developing program reports using project scheduling tools for overview, milestone, and late tasks
  • Supporting program activities at various classification levels, up to and including TS/SCI
  • Drafting financial reports, work statements, and cost estimates
  • Conducting requirements analysis to decompose project requirements to operational levels

Requirements

  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Minimum of three (3) years of project scheduling experience
  • Proficient in at least two project scheduling tools (MS Project, MS Planner, JIRA)
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing project data from multiple sources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 360, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Desired Skills

  • Five (5) years of project scheduling experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical or managerial discipline
  • Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project
  • Experience utilizing JIRA to develop and track requirements and status of programs/projects for integration into an organizational IMS
  • Experience coordinating with multiple project teams and stakeholders for schedule updates
  • Experience conducting variance and critical path analysis
  • Experience developing program reports for various audiences and purposes
  • Familiarity with cost estimation and budget tracking

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
