Description

  • Performing administrative tasking as scheduler under the PEI Group, supporting Aircraft Carrier Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) operations

  • Assisting the Project/Program Manager/Lead Project Scheduler and general administrator with programs in the Hampton Roads area

  • Communicating with internal staff and/or customers regarding milestones, work-scope and integrated master schedules. Gathers, analyzes and submits data to senior management

  • Working with lead SRC Scheduler in Charleston for all PEI contracts
  • Monitoring the schedule to assist the onsite management team and platform manager in maintaining schedules
  • Analyzing data and making recommendations for review by senior management and customer review
  • Creating reports and reporting tools that will provide senior managers and customers a broad prospective of status, updates, needed changes and up to date status of the project schedules
  • Developing project integrated master schedules and data calls
  • Providing active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements in support of RCOH tasking

  • Working shipboard 90%

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Project and Excel
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project to include Scheduling, Resource Loading, and Critical Path Analysis
  • Secret clearance

Desired Skills

  • Understanding of U.S. Navy ships and shipboard operations preferred
  • Experience reading or understanding shipboard engineering drawings preferred

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
