Description

  • Acting as a senior program manager for C4I shipboard projects 
  • Managing complex multi-million dollar programs within the PEI group
  • Serving as the primary customer contact
  • Managing overall customer interface relationships and customer expectations
  • Managing large government contracts
  • Overseeing and acting accountable for overall performance of work, with quality of project and services provided

Requirements

  • 20+ years of management in shipboard Naval system integration and testing
  • 15+ years of Navy C4I shipboard management
  • Full understanding of Navy and shipyard requirements and processes to successfully complete all C4I integration and testing
  • In-depth understanding of complex shipboard engineering, integration, and testing
  • In-depth knowledge of ship-build scheduling and Naval contract management

Desired Skills

  • Experience managing complex ship-build schedules and multi-million dollar Naval contracts
  • Understanding of Navy and shipyard requirements and processes to successfully conduct Naval shipboard work
  • Understanding of shipyard industrial requirements during Naval ship construction and overhaul

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
